St. Vincent Regional Hospital opened in 1898 as Billings' first hospital. Today it is one of the largest tertiary care hospitals in Montana and the region's Level I Trauma Center. The hospital is a faith-based, nonprofit member of Intermountain Health. It anchors a network of more than 30 clinics serving Montana and northern Wyoming.
