Navigating the Clinical Component
You will care for a broad mix of patients, from routine pregnancies to high-risk cases transferred from across Montana. St. Vincent is the tertiary referral center for much of the state, so the work is varied and you will see more high-risk obstetrics than in many urban practices.
Your practice is split about evenly between obstetrics and gynecology. Maternal-fetal medicine specialists, nine certified nurse midwives, and a Level III NICU support you on the obstetric side.
