Good Shepherd Health serves all of Umatilla County and rural communities to the west and south. The hospice program covers a 60-mile radius from Hermiston, including six outlying towns. Hermiston is approximately 30 minutes south of the Tri-Cities. Referrals come primarily from regional hospitals and primary care clinics.
You will report to hospital leadership in a defined Medical Director role with physician leadership opportunities available across the broader Good Shepherd Health system. There is also a longer-term opportunity to develop and expand a formal palliative care program within the hospital and cancer center.
