This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $600,000 for your first two years, with unlimited productivity upside layered on top. Every wRVU you produce is credited at $63.87, and once your combined production and quality earnings exceed your base, the difference is paid to you as an annual bonus. A separate quality incentive worth up to $60,000 (10% of base) is earned through five readily achievable metrics. With procedures currently booked months in advance and a retiring physician's referral base transitioning to you, the ramp to full production is expected to be fast. At a realistic full-practice volume, total compensation projects above the 90th percentile of national gastroenterology benchmarks while the guarantee protects your income as you build.
This model includes assumed and/or estimated inputs where data was not provided. Assumptions are clearly marked. Final compensation details are to be confirmed by the employer.
