  • Base Salary (3-Year Guarantee, AAMC Benchmarks):
    • Assistant Professor: $438,295 (RVU Target: 7,969)
    • Associate Professor: $446,264 (RVU Target: 7,969; Projected Income: $481,000+)
    • Full Professor: $457,092 (RVU Target: 7,969; Projected Income: $507,000+)
  • Incentive Structure: Uncapped productivity incentives; every wRVU over the annual benchmark earns additional income dollar-for-dollar—many faculty exceed targets substantially
  • Bonuses Paid Biannually: Faculty receive performance dashboards monthly and incentive payouts every 6 months
  • Full UC Benefits:

    • Dental: 100% UC-paid premiums with Delta Dental PPO or HMO
    • Vision: Fully covered when using VSP providers
