Your On-Site Colleague: Dr. Katherine Lindle

Dr. Katherine Lindle serves as the cornerstone of pediatric cardiology services in Lafayette. After beginning her career at the prestigious Texas Children's Hospital, she relocated to Lafayette in 2018 and has built strong relationships throughout the community.

Dr. Lindle's patient-centered approach emphasizes:

• Thorough communication and education for families
• Comprehensive evaluations including EKG, Holter monitoring, echocardiography, and exercise stress testing
• Development of individualized treatment plans that respect family needs and capabilities
• Continuity of care through all stages of childhood cardiac health

Her training includes:

• Medical degree from the University of Louisville
• Pediatric residency at Indiana University Hospitals
• Pediatric cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine
• Board certification in pediatric cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics

• Dr. Diego Lara – Specializing in fetal cardiology, co-director of the Ochsner Fetal Diagnosis and Care Program, and Chief Quality Officer for the Department of Pediatrics.
• Dr. Thomas Young – Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Ochsner Medical Center and Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program.
• Dr. Jessica Mouledoux – Medical Director of the echocardiography lab, specializing in fetal cardiology, single ventricle CHD, and cardiac MRI.
• Dr. Walter Hoyt – Director of Pediatric Electrophysiology and Exercise Physiology, specializing in arrhythmia management and sports cardiology.
