Competitive Compensation Structure
Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center offers a compensation model that combines financial security with the quality-of-life advantages of practicing in scenic Salida, Colorado. The package reflects both the value of oncologists in rural care and the lifestyle this community affords.
- Base salary of $500,000
- Productivity-based wRVU bonus: $100 per wRVU, paid monthly as the greater of base salary or productivity total
- Relocation & sign-on bonus: $40,000

- $1,000 annual professional dues allowance (up to 2 associations)
