Stillwater Medical Center operates an Internal Medicine Residency Program. Residents round in the hospital, and Hospitalists who choose to oversee and teach them receive an additional $10,000 annual stipend. If teaching is not for you, the program still benefits your practice by adding academic energy and clinical support to the inpatient environment.
