Stillwater Medical Center is looking for an Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join an established team of six Hospitalists. The position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule and is open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.
You will practice at a 117-bed acute care regional referral center with broad specialty support behind you, including cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, surgery, gastroenterology, urology, tele-nephrology, women's health, emergency medicine, stroke care, and rehabilitation. The system spans more than 35 locations with 170+ physicians and advanced practice providers across 60+ specialties, so consults and referrals stay close to home.
The 7 on / 7 off structure gives you 26 weeks off every year before PTO is counted. Your 3 weeks of PTO and dedicated CME week stack on top of that rhythm, giving you predictable, protected time for family, travel, and professional development.
If you enjoy teaching, you can participate in Stillwater Medical Center's Internal Medicine Residency Program. Hospitalists who oversee and teach residents receive an additional $10,000 annual stipend. Teaching is optional, so you can shape the role around your interests.
