At Premise Health's Baldwin, Georgia clinic, you will practice family medicine the way it was meant to be practiced: with time, intention, and the support to do it well.

This employer-based primary care clinic serves a large, diverse, international workforce in northeast Georgia. The model is refreshingly different from traditional outpatient settings. You will see just two patients per hour, giving you the space to listen, diagnose, and build the kind of relationships that drew you to medicine in the first place. Your schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a protected one-hour lunch built into every day. A four-day workweek option is available for those who want even more flexibility.

The clinic operates within a stable, employer-sponsored framework that removes much of the administrative burden that weighs down physicians in other settings. Your patient population is consistent, allowing for genuine continuity of care rather than the revolving door of urgent care or high-volume primary care. These are patients you will come to know by name, whose families you will meet, whose progress you will track over months and years.

  • Full-time Family Medicine physician position in an employer-based health center
