You will join an established ENT practice with experienced clinic staff and a full-time nurse practitioner already in place. The team works on a collaborative, team-based model, so routine follow-ups and post-op calls are handled efficiently, and your time goes to new patients and surgery. Nursing and clinic staff have been stable, and you will start with people who already know the practice and its patients.
