Lawton Community Health Center is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Endocrinologist to join an established outpatient endocrinology program in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is a replacement opportunity created by physician retirement and relocation, which means an existing patient panel, active referral relationships, and immediate practice volume are already in place. The position is fully employed within Memorial Health System of SW Oklahoma and is structured for long-term practice stability.
This is a 100% outpatient, adult endocrinology role with no required inpatient responsibilities. Physicians who prefer inpatient consult involvement may pursue that optionally, but it is not built into the standard schedule. The practice model is primarily cognitive endocrinology, with a strong focus on chronic disease management and long-term patient relationships.

The departure of two physicians from this program has created an immediate access gap in a region with limited endocrinology coverage. Only two endocrinologists currently practice locally, and demand for specialized diabetes and thyroid care remains high given the community's patient population. The incoming physician can expect to build a full practice panel quickly.
