Kettering Health Hamilton is adding a non-invasive general cardiologist to meet growing patient demand in Butler County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the Cincinnati metro area. This is a direct employment opportunity with a large, well-resourced health system that supports over 50 cardiologists across its network. The position is based at the Kettering Health Hamilton Hospital campus, with clinic space in the attached Physician Office Building and one to two satellite locations.

The call schedule rotates 1:4. During the call week, the physician manages inpatient services. The remaining three weeks are dedicated entirely to outpatient clinic and procedures, with no inpatient obligations.
Advanced imaging (cardiac CT, MRI) is not part of this role. Radiologists and two system cardiologists currently manage all advanced imaging.
Cardiology census at Hamilton Hospital runs approximately 25 to 35 patients per day, with cardiology accounting for roughly one-third of total admissions. Demand consistently outpaces current capacity, and Kettering Health plans to open a second position as soon as this role is filled.
