Elbert Memorial Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a growing, hospital-employed outpatient practice serving two clinic locations in northeast Georgia. This is a 100% outpatient role with no hospital or inpatient responsibilities. The practice operates in a low-volume, ramp-up environment designed to allow the incoming physician to build a sustainable patient panel at a manageable pace.
This position supports two separate community needs. In Hartwell, the clinic is an established primary care office with a current physician and APP team. The hospital is recruiting a successor physician to ensure continuity of care for an existing patient base. In Danielsville, the clinic will be opening to provide for the community needs.
Setting Hospital-employed, 100% outpatient

Schedule 4.5 days/week initially; option for 4-day schedule once panel is established
Patient Volume 12 to 16 patients per day
Call Phone triage only; triaged by ER and nursing team
