Understanding the Role

Position Overview

Community Health Partners is expanding its rheumatology service line at Community Rheumatology Specialists in Clovis, California, and is adding board-eligible or board-certified rheumatologists to the group. This is a growth position built around a 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call. You would join an established team, help meet strong regional demand for rheumatologic care, and have room to shape how the practice grows.

The clinic is a new space on the Clovis campus with nine exam rooms. It sits inside a large multispecialty organization, which gives you direct access to specialists across the system and a built-in referral base that keeps the schedule full from day one.

Why the Position Exists

Community Health Partners started its rheumatology practice with a single provider and has grown steady patient demand across the Central Valley. The organization is now investing in additional rheumatologists to expand access, shorten wait times, and support a primary care network that continues to grow. This is a growth hire, not a coverage replacement, and the group plans to add both physicians and advanced practice support.
