Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its University Drive clinic in College Station, Texas. The role is 100% outpatient and sits within an integrated, physician-led healthcare system that prioritizes collaboration, quality outcomes, and continuing education.

Role Summary

You will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to patients of all ages, manage chronic and acute conditions, provide preventive services, and coordinate care with specialists across the Baylor Scott & White network. Designated clinic support staff and the Epic EMR support your daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, managing chronic and acute conditions
Deliver preventive services and routine wellness care
Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists and other Baylor Scott & White providers
Document patient encounters and treatment plans in Epic according to system protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-focused care model
Stay current with advancements in primary care and apply evidence-based practices
