You will step into a role designed for radiologists who want meaningful clinical impact with the lifestyle freedom of working entirely from home. Baylor Scott and White Health, through the Health Texas Provider Network, is building a new radiology group that will serve a wide outpatient footprint across the North Texas region. Your work supports primary care, urgent care, and imaging centers that care for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Every day you will interpret studies that directly influence the care plans of frontline clinicians who rely on your accuracy and communication.
This is a growth position created to meet expanding patient volumes, with plans to hire three radiologists. The first hire will be an experienced physician who can help stabilize workflows and establish best practices for the team. The second and third hires may be new graduates. The practice has a startup feel with strong support from leadership, giving you space to influence processes and help shape the identity of this new department.
Your schedule is predictable with a Monday through Friday structure from 8 to 5. All extended and after hours studies are automatically routed to the central Texas radiology team, which protects your evenings and weekends. You will work entirely from your home anywhere in the United States as long as you hold a Texas license and can work central time hours. The organization provides all equipment and technical support, including dedicated IT staff and PACS administrators. Reporting relationships include close collaboration with administrative leaders and the radiology leadership team, including Dr. Montgomery who leads the central Texas group and maintains alignment with the growing North Texas team.
You will join a system that values collaboration, communication, and adaptability. This is an opportunity to enjoy the stability of a major health system while shaping a new radiology practice built around efficiency, quality, and work from home flexibility.
