• Dr. Marcia Lux, Lead Hospitalist with Harvard Medical School training and Columbia University Medical Center residency, has been with St. John's since 2013, bringing board-certified Internal Medicine expertise and over a decade of leadership to the team
• Dr. Tiffany Milner, a dual board-certified Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician who joined in 2016 after completing her combined Med-Peds residency at the University of Texas, contributes unique perspective on transitional care
• Dr. Michael Tenofsky, board-certified in Internal Medicine with additional certifications in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine following fellowship training at UCLA Medical Center, brings specialized pulmonary and critical care expertise to complement the hospitalist team
• One additional full-time hospitalist and one part-time provider (0.4 FTE) who helps cover shifts as needed, creating a balanced distribution of clinical responsibilities
• Two Advanced Practice Providers (with a third being hired) who work four 10-hour shifts (7 AM–7 PM) weekly, providing valuable daytime support while not covering nights
• Specialized nursing teams including PICC line specialists and ICU-trained staff who coordinate seamlessly with hospitalists to enhance patient care
• Anesthesia and Emergency Department colleagues who collaborate on procedures like central lines, intubations, and arterial lines, creating a respectful interdisciplinary approach
• Administrative support staff who help manage the logistics of scheduling and documentation, allowing you to focus on clinical care
