The MFM division is a small academic group with close daily contact. Faculty meet every morning to set the L&D plan, round together with residents and fellows, and share teaching across the fellowship. The team combines senior physicians with decades in the program and an early-career physician who trained in the UTROP fellowship and stayed on as faculty.

You would join as the experienced, mid-career physician the division is looking for, working alongside senior leadership while mentoring younger faculty and fellows.
