Compensation Structure
This position offers a competitive guaranteed base with additional earning potential through production.
- Base salary: $450,000, guaranteed for two years
- Productivity bonus: RVU-based bonus on production above the base
The two-year guarantee gives you time to build your practice while the RVU-based bonus rewards production as your volume grows.

Additional Compensation
- Sign-on bonus: Available, negotiable
- Relocation assistance: $6,000 (taxable)
