Your Compensation and Benefits Package Includes

  • Base salary of $280,000 with clear pathway to earning $400,000+ based on production
  • wRVU bonus model paying $47.00 per wRVU above 5957 wRVUs

  • Coverage effective the first of the month following hire once enrollment is completed
  • 25 days of PTO plus 6 paid holidays each year
  • CME allowance up to $7,000 with one week of dedicated CME time
