Structural Echocardiographer role at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, the cardiovascular anchor for MedStar’s four-hospital Baltimore region. The position combines intra-operative imaging for the established structural heart program (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, tricuspid procedures) with non-invasive echo reading. No outpatient clinic responsibility. Inpatient-focused practice with a negotiable call structure.
