Shots, skin tests, and procedures are nurse-led and nurse-run. Nurses typically handle procedural visits and LVNs handle the shots, with flexibility based on daily staffing. Physicians are pulled in only when needed, which keeps the physician workload focused on consultations and clinical decision-making.
