Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Contracts & Benefits

  • Base Salary + WRVU Bonuses
    • Base Salary: $725k-$750
      • Medical Director – Medical Director will either receive an annual stipend or a reduced RVU threshold to achieve bonuses quicker.
    • Income potential $1 million
    • 3-Year Term, Evergreen Base
    • WRVU conversion factor & thresholds aligned with final salary
  • Signing/Relocation Bonus: $30,000–$40,000 (paid after 30 days; 36-month forgiveness)
    • Signing Bonus Structure: ½ paid at signing, ½ upon start
  • Training Stipend: $2,000 per month from signing to start date
  • PTO: 24 days accrued annually (vacation, holidays, sick)
  • CME: 5 days + $3,000 annual stipend
  • Retirement Plans: 401k/403b/457b with up to 4.5% match
  • Malpractice: Paid $1M/$3M with tail coverage upon departure
  • Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AFLAC options

Paid Time Off

  • 24 Days – Accrual-based PTO with rollover
  • Includes: Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Leave

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

  • Time Off: 5 Days
  • Stipend: $3,000/year

Retirement Benefits

  • Plans: 401k and/or 403b, Voluntary 403b, 457b
  • Matching: 401k matching and 457b with matching – up to 4.5% of 6%
  • Eligibility: Begins 60 days after your first day
