The year one guarantee provides income security during the ramp period while the physician builds patient relationships and establishes cath lab block time. Moving to a full productivity model in year two reflects the reality of this market: physicians in the group report that volume is not a limiting factor. The West Valley is underserved, and established physicians in the group describe running at or beyond capacity. A physician who builds efficiently in year one is well positioned to maximize earnings from year two forward.

Compensation is competitive with market rates for interventional cardiology and is negotiated based on experience, training background, and career stage. The group will consider candidates at any level, and the offer will reflect that accordingly.
