  • Years 1 & 2: Guaranteed base salary of $575,000 with a 3550 wRVU threshold; additional wRVUs compensated at $100 each
  • Year 3: Productivity-based model with $575,000 draw and continued $100 per wRVU rate

Bonuses:

  • Arrival Bonus: $35,000 upon starting
  • Retention Bonus: $35,000 at the start of Year 2
  • Relocation Allowance: Up to $10,000 reimbursed

Physicians also benefit from a comprehensive employment package valued over $100,000 annually:

  • Standard Benefits Package (health, dental, vision)
  • 403(b) Matching Contribution up to $9,150
  • Malpractice Coverage valued at $40,000
  • CME Reimbursement up to $3,500 annually
  • Estimated Total Benefits Value: $102,650/year
