- Years 1 & 2: Guaranteed base salary of $575,000 with a 3550 wRVU threshold; additional wRVUs compensated at $100 each
- Year 3: Productivity-based model with $575,000 draw and continued $100 per wRVU rate
Bonuses:
- Arrival Bonus: $35,000 upon starting
- Retention Bonus: $35,000 at the start of Year 2
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $10,000 reimbursed
